We have compiled a list of the 10 most extreme off-road super trucks we could find! Please tell us which is your favorite or if you think more should have made the list.
First up is Whistling Diesels Monstermaxx 2!
If you haven’t seen this behemoth before, it can usually be found crushing one of its owner’s other vehicles or even in the ocean! Yup, you heard that right…this truck can swim! What started out as a 2006 2500 hd silverado is now an internet sensation, and it’s not just for looks! The original 6.6-liter Duramax diesel now has a twin located in the bed of the original body. An engineer was hired to sync both engines and Allison transmissions together using the factory ecu. If you’re wondering why this monster may need all of that power, allow us to explain. A custom drop chain drive delivers power to all 4 massive wheels; the chain drive weighs as much as the average truck and requires 55 gallons of gear lube to operate. The tires weigh 1,500 pounds a piece and are anchored to the custom axles using 36 lug nuts on each wheel! The Goodyear tires are just about the largest agricultural tire you can buy and come in at about $12,000 per tire! Monstermax may seem like a show truck, but it doesn’t live an easy life and can often be seen crushing whatever may be in its way or playing tug of war with just about anything, including a tank!
Next up, The JUGGERNAUT from Apocalypse Manufacturing.
This 6 by 6 doomsday machine still shows some signs of the original Ram it’s based on, but make no mistake…this is no ordinary pickup truck. Powered by an 850-horsepower supercharged 6.2 liter, this super truck can shred all six 40-inch tires at will! With the largest rear bench seat industry, you can go pretty much anywhere with all of your friends and be comfortable at the same time. This truck can also keep an eye on what’s going on outside with a live rear mirror camera and a bird’s eye surround monitoring system.
If this all sounds too good to be true, consider the Juggernaut was thrashed in the Gumball 3000 from Toronto to Key West, averaging over 100 miles per hour, and was jumped over 100 times with no failures.
If the Juggernaut is unstoppable, the next up is impenetrable, thanks to its optional armor!
The highly modified Toyota Tundra from Devolro. The Warrior takes the already capable Tundra and turns it into a true force to be reckoned with. Underneath the enhanced body kit, you’ll find everything you need to handle whatever mother nature throws your way. Suspension upgrades include a 7-inch lift kit, billet aluminum upper and lower control arms, reinforced leaf springs, and nitro tires. Custom Devolro-built bumpers, grille, and skid plate will protect the body panels, and rock sliders integrated into the step boards provide dual functions. The Warrior is also equipped with a 9,500-pound Warn Winch, but with the capability of this truck, it’s likely there to help out fellow off-roaders in need. Bi-xenon headlights, 4 led fog lights, and a 60 led tailgate light bar will ensure you can see exactly where you’re going. Custom leather interior and carbon fiber interior trim add subtle touches to the already well-appointed tundra interior. As if what we’ve discussed wasn’t enough, Devolro also offers an armor-plating surface for its customers who want that extra protection. Four levels of protection are available, with the most easy-duty option protecting against armor-piercing rounds. Toyota reliability, off-road, equipped, and available armored protection…what more could you ask for? Keep watching, and you’re sure to get a few more ideas!
Of the super trucks already listed, the Shaman 8 by 8 is the most practical on this list.
The Shaman 8 by 8 from Avtoros comes from Russia and may technically be an all-terrain vehicle; we felt it deserved a spot on our Super Truck list.
The Shaman is about function. Powered by a 4-cylinder diesel engine, the Shaman can seat 12 people and take them wherever they want. Three available driving modes include on-road, off-road, and crab modes, allowing the driver to operate the Shaman sideways. The low-pressure tires enable the Shaman to conquer even the most unstable terrain.

Coming up next on our super truck list is the Kymera from Fab Fours.
What do you think of when you hear Cummins-powered Chevy? If you’re picturing a back yard built death trap, we don’t blame you…but you NEED to see the next truck on our list. The Kymara started life as a Chevrolet Colorado, but then a twin-turbo 5.9 liter Cummins backed by the 47RH transmission was added.
Power is transferred through an Advance Adapters transfer case and into the Dana 60 axles with a 5 point 65 to 1 gear ratio inside. Front and rear triangulated wishbone suspension, and fox shocks in all four corners give this creation the ability to tackle any terrain you can throw at it. The body of this radical Colorado sits on top of a 2×4 boxed custom chassis, and the interior is fitted with a custom Katzkin leather interior.
The name for this wild super truck comes from the Greek mythological creature Chimera, and it makes sense. Chimera was part lion, part goat, and part snake. The Kymera is part Chevy, part Dodge but 100% extreme.
The next truck on our list checks all of the boxes.
What do you get when crossing an already capable off-road luxury SUV, a 5.5-liter Biturbo v8, and six wheels that can be inflated and deflated from inside the cabin within 20 seconds? For those that guessed the 6 by 6 AMG G-wagon, you’re right!
Guessed something else? Let us know!
What makes this choice even more unique is that it’s actually produced by Mercedes rather than a third-party company. You can expect the fit-in finish of typical Mercedes products, even in this insane off-road capable truck. With all three axles operating separately from one another and the factory deadlocked wheels, this 6 by 6 G63 can get traction where most others can’t.
Mercedes-Benz has always been known for well-engineered and purpose-driven vehicles, and this one is no exception. The force-fed 5.5 liters V8 is mated to an automatic 7-speed transmission with three different modes. The transmission controller works with the engine to retard timing and injection pulse to deliver lightning-fast shift speeds. Inside, the leather interior, with diamond accents and contrast stitching, delivers precisely what you expect from Mercedes. Individual, electronically adjusted seats are heated and cooled, providing extreme comfort wherever this 6-wheeled amg may take you.

If you are tired of all these 6 by-6 trucks, this next one is really different.
If you have heard the name Westin Champlain before, you are likely familiar with the YouTuber’s wild rides. His F-150 Raptor is no exception. Even in stock form, the Raptor is a competent off-road truck. In stock trim, the twin-turbo v6 churns out 450 horsepower and is mated to a 10-speed transmission; the 2019 Raptor is also equipped with fox racing adaptive dampers as well as trail control. So what could make this already well-built off-road truck into an absolute monster?
TANK TRACKS!
The track system is a bolt-on modification ready for most popular bolt patterns. The tracks ride on small individual wheels and transform the Raptor into a; Wild Off-Road Super Truck. By adding this track system, the truck runs through almost anything, proving it is no longer a regular truck.
It’s time for our last pick, and there’s an excellent reason it comes after the Raptor.
If you’re a truck enthusiast, you’re well aware of the Ram “T” “R” “X.” Dodge has put their supercharged Hemi in just about every model they have, and it was about time they built a performance truck. After discontinuing the “S” “R” “T” 10 Ram, Mopar fans have been eagerly awaiting another performance truck. Dodge finally answered with the release of the “T,” “R,” and “X,” and it is no surprise that they chose that name. Undoubtedly a poke at Ford’s dinosaur namesake for the Raptor, the “T,” “R,” “X,” or T-REX is not only a fire-breathing 702 horsepower pickup, but it’s meant for both on and off-road driving. Don’t worry; we didn’t leave a pick-a-stock production truck for this list.
Hennessey Performance raised the bar with their Mammoth 1000 upgrade for the T-REX. 6 wheels and 1,012 horsepower gets this almost 7-foot-tall monster rolling in no time! The second rear axle adds just over 4 feet of length to the already hulking Ram platform.
Locking rear differentials and 37″ off-road tires help to make the Mammoth even more impressive. Full Bilstein suspension allows the flexibility needed to navigate the most challenging terrains, and Hennessy didn’t stop there. Outfitted with custom front and rear bumpers, the already aggressive styling of the T-REX received just the right amount of styling from Hennessy. Equipped with numerous exterior led lights, the Mammoth looks like it could go just about anywhere.
The Mammoth starts at a staggering $449,950, and only 12 are being built yearly. It does come with a comprehensive 2-year, 24,000-mile warranty!
